Roles with plain titles
Some early-career roles have titles like Software Engineer or Analyst with nothing about the level. When a board says a role is early-career but the title doesn't, we now read the description to tell. In the two weeks before this change, 133 roles like that slipped past.
First-rung titles count as new grad
Titles like Engineer I and Associate Engineer are now labelled new grad everywhere, in your email, on the lists and on the site.
