What we collect

Your email address, the tracks, companies, cities and keywords you choose, your send schedule and time zone, and the date you confirmed.

For paying subscribers, a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.

Delivery events from our email provider — delivered, bounced, marked as spam — so we can stop mailing addresses that do not work.

What we do not collect

No tracking pixels in the alert emails, no cross-site advertising identifiers, and no profile of which jobs you applied to. We do record whether a digest was opened or a link clicked, only to measure whether alerts are useful.

Who else sees it

Three processors: Resend (sends the email), Neon (stores the database), and Stripe (takes payment). Each sees only what it needs. We do not sell your address, and we do not share it with recruiters or employers.

Job postings

The roles we send are public postings from company career pages and public aggregator feeds. We link to the employer's own application page and add nothing to it.

Keeping and deleting

Unsubscribing stops all mail immediately and keeps only a suppression record, so we never mail you again by accident. Ask us to delete everything and we will, within 30 days. Email [YOUR SUPPORT ADDRESS].
